Hi Courtney, No problem - I got the Fed Ex package yesterday.
I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent service and value you have
provided me. It was a pleasure dealing with you. I tried to shop around to my
local dealers and a couple online for comparison and only one even bothered to
respond locally. His quote was almost double what you offered and he said he
would generously knock $300 off. This has been the second major transaction that
I have had with your dealership and both have been very easy and handled
perfectly. Besides the warranty purchase, I purchased over $400 worth of
accessories from your parts department back in March. If there are purchases I
intend to make in the future, you guys are the first place I will look.
I was looking at your website and I must say that I am extremely jealous of
the Infiniti customers who live in your area. There are two dealerships in the
St. Louis area and neither of them can compare with what you offer your
customers. I was looking at the IOS Track Days pictures and that is something I
would definitely like to be able to participate in. That event looks like a lot
of fun! Unfortunately, here in the Midwest, not many people believe that their
everyday car can be fun. There was one thing missing from your website. How am I
supposed to put a name with a face if your picture is not part of the staff
photo section? Oh I get it; the "boys club" of salesmen does not want you to

On a hunch, I placed a call to Infinitywarranty.com one late afternoon
and left a message. Courtney literally called me back within minutes and then
spent a good 20 plus minutes of her time patiently explaining and often
re-explaining the different permutations and options with regard to warranties,
as well as other related issues….. Besides being a financial whiz, Courtney is
extremely knowledgeable about all things Infiniti. She can "translate" the
seemingly complex wording that exists in regard to the purchase of warranties
and was able to provide alternative options as well. Thank you again.
